Awful security!
The Mill的点评
点评：I went to The Mill tonight which is the 3rd time I have been to this venue, twice of which I was DJing and as much as I love the venue, the security are unbelievably awful. I had heard about complaints regarding the security there but I hadn't experienced anything first hand until tonight.
2 security guys were hovering around the men's toilets and following anyone who went into them and basically watch them have a piss. I also witnessed one of them come into the toilets and look under the cubicle door. We all know what goes on in club toilets but we also know that we are entitled to our privacy!
Anyway, this was just the start of the issue... I was in reception after the dj I was with was cut short by 10 minutes and was waiting to leave but they were waiting to be paid along with another DJ but I was approached by a super aggressive security guy who said he was head of security and very quickly seemed to want to cause an argument for absolutely zero reason. He said I was being rude because I had my back to him when asking me to leave which was while I was having a conversation with someone I was already face on with (the security guy was stood behind me). Anyway, he seemed to have a huge issue for whatever despite an after party going on in the same club by the same promoter so why it mattered that we weren't out of the club is beyond me.
Basically, I won't be attending or DJing at this club again as long as these so called security guys work there.
Such a shame as its an awesome club but the staff are the worst people I've ever dealt with.
