Uncomfortably Hot Indoors – Very Poor Temperature Control

点评：I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at Midvalley Southkey, JB. The interior temperature was unbearably hot — to the point that it was actually cooler outside in the open air. I sat down for a meal and ended up sweating as if I had been walking outdoors under the sun.
It’s unacceptable that a modern shopping mall, which should provide comfort for visitors, fails to maintain even a basic level of indoor climate control. Whether it’s due to cost-cutting, equipment failure, or poor management, this issue needs to be addressed urgently. Malls are supposed to offer a break from the heat, not amplify it.
I hope the management takes this seriously and resolves the issue, especially as this kind of heat not only affects the comfort of visitors but could also impact tenants, food safety, and overall business.
Until this is fixed, I’d strongly reconsider spending time — or money — here.
