点评：This shop has aesthetic appeal and well-curated displays. However, the overall shopping experience is shaped not only by the physical environment but also by the attitudes and behaviour of the staff and management.
Despite its attractive presentation and frequent visits by loyal customers, like myself, it seems to have gained a reputation for less-than-pleasant staff interactions. Each time I have shopped here I have heard staff members openly complaining about previous customers or snapping at customers in the shop for very little reason. I’m not sure if it’s the owner, short haired older lady, but she seems to quite enjoy being rude.
This negative dynamic contrasts sharply with the generally polite and hassle-free experiences found in other shops around St Leonard’s. For many shoppers, courteous service is a fundamental expectation, and when this is absent, it can overshadow even the best product offerings.
I shall not be shopping here again.
