点评:I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct of one of your drivers and the lack of support from your customer service representatives.
On Saturday, 17th May 2025, my uncle’s wife sent some foodstuffs from Aba, Abia State through your park. The assigned driver, Alaoma (0902 964 2997), assured us he would leave for Lagos (Berger Bus Stop) that same day after receiving payment.
However, not only did he fail to fulfill this promise, he also blatantly lied to my mother and sister, claiming he was already en route to Lagos. He then stopped answering calls.
Later that evening, around 7pm, he finally called to say he couldn’t make the trip without providing any tangible reason or offering an apology. He further relayed through my aunt that he would be in Lagos on Sunday, a claim that has proven false.
As I type this at 11:30pm, my mother and sister are still waiting at Berger Bus Stop. This has caused significant inconvenience and wasted over N7,000 in transport costs alone.
Worse still, the driver only answers calls when he pleases and speaks in a rude manner.
In a bid to resolve this issue, I contacted your customer service and was able to speak with Mr. Peter Adebayo (0913 831 5658) and Mr. Successful Philip Seymour (0913 682 3475). Unfortunately, neither of them was helpful. They dismissed my concerns, interrupted my explanations, and responded without addressing the actual issue.
This experience has been completely unacceptable. I am forced to ask: what kind of individuals does Peace Mass Transit employ to represent its brand?
I expect an immediate response and a resolution to this matter. At the very least, an apology, a refund for the expenses incurred, and disciplinary action against the driver and involved staff are in order.
