I recommend, with a couple of suggestions to get the best out of your tour

点评：Overall, I recommend, with a few caveats.
I went on three tours with Ayim, the drivers and vehicles are consistently excellent. Karakalpakstan is a special environment, and people, and they are hospitable and open, I enjoyed all of my tours and felt I got to see some amazing places and people I never would have been able to without Ayim.
There were a few niggles though, hence the four stars not five.
My dietary requirement was not passed on to a guide on a tour, I had two tours in which stops in the itinerary didn't take place and we weren't proactively told they wouldn't take place, and an error in which I didn't get the guide I had requested despite paying a premium over the advertised rate for a specific guide.
Having a guide definitely makes the experience more informative, as communication is not really possible without good language skills.
I recommend using Ayim, I also recommend you
a/ confirm very clearly prior to and at the start of the tour exactly what the agenda is. Identify any unexpected changes and negotiate how to handle them (they happen, but it's better to be up front!) and make sure the guide knows about any personal requirements (diet / physical challenges etc)
b/ let the guide know your guiding preferences if their style isn't quite what works for you (e.g.I prefer to get the background info in the car prior to the stopping point / to know how long to the next stop etc, at one point I kept asking questions but wasn't really getting the proactive information I wanted for context)
Overall, I had an amazing time, some of my expectations were not met in full, which was frustrating, but I got to experience Karakalpakstan in a way I never could have otherwise, and I'll never forget it!

b/ 如果导游的风格不太适合您，请告知导游您的导游偏好（例如，我更喜欢在到达停靠点之前在车上了解背景信息/了解到下一站还有多长时间等，有一次我一直在问问题，但并没有真正得到我想要的主动信息）。
总的来说，我度过了一段美好的时光，虽然有些期望没有得到完全满足，这令人沮丧，但我以一种在其他情况下无法获得的方式体验了卡拉卡尔帕克斯坦，我永远不会忘记！
