点评:Our family had a wonderful time at Nicole’s Table cooking class. Both Nicole and Adam are very welcoming and nice people. While we were busy cooking and talking, Adam took great care of our little daughter, taking her to see chickens and turtles.
All dishes that we cooked under professional guidance of Nicole came out very tasty. Plaintain chips with pineapple salsa and sour cream dip were a great start. Jerk Chicken was no doubt the most delicious chicken I ever had in my life. Oh…that lovely full of local spices and flavor gravy….yummy! Also I loved making rice with red beans. Rice was cooked in coconut milk and spices. Just melts in your mouth when ready. Pumpkin fritter and fried bananas were so tasty, that even our like-to-eat-nothing daughter had two of them. Coconut tarts became sweet and delicious finish of the meal. Oh, the last but far not the least: the food was accompanied with generous amounts of Nicole’s famous Rum Punch (she also shared with us a recipe of rum punch which we already started to use).
We highly recommend this activity and we will definitely be back again for other cooking classes with Nicole! Thank you guys!
