点评：This was my first time Go-Karting and I was nervous however the staff were reassuring. On being checked in at the entrance, we were given overalls and gloves. Mandatory is a balaclava and I purchased it for £3.99 however at the end we could keep it and the gloves to be reused if I have a return visit. The toilet doors in the women's changing rooms wouldn't open. Their lockers were free for securing valuables. There was a safety briefing for all going on the track irrespective of having been there before and clear instruction boards on the walls about safety to check before we went on the track. Prior to going trackside, the staff assessed each of us on which crash helmet we needed and the staff checked and secured the straps before we were allowed on the track. Once in the Go-Kart, they checked everyone to ensure our legs were in the correct position so that we could reach the pedals. I was nervous to begin with however the staff were reassuring. I really enjoyed the experience however I would have appreciated a trial run and feedback with tips from the staff on what I needed to change so that I was safe and for the other drivers going past me. I wasn't the fastest but now I know what to expect, I will be better on the next visit. The staff were quick to respond to drivers who got into difficulty and dealt with it quickly. There were quite a few orange lights and flags on the first 15 minutes that means going at a walking pace speed so it wasn't possible to go fast. We did 15 mins then a break and another 15 mins. Although we didn't stay for food, they had a wide range of food offerings and although not as much, there were vegetarian and vegan options too. I thought approx £37 for 30 minutes was expensive so it's not something that I will be able to afford on a regular basis.
