点评：The local tourist details make much of this and show you pictures of cyclists merrily cycling along a tranquil path over hanging the lake. The reality however is very different.
The first thing you should know is that the route is for both cyclists and pedestrians and there are a lot of both. Secondly if you are planning to reach it from Limone be aware that you have a 45 minutes walk from the port before you get to the track itself. This is all up and down and mainly on pebbles set in concrete.
Once you reach the track you will realise that far from being tranquil it is immediately adjacent to the main road with traffic constantly speeding past no more than a crash barrier away from you. It is only the very end section that gets any distance from the road and then no more than 5 metres.
The track ends at a war memorial with no facilities or seating.
I accept there are good, uninterrupted views of the lake from the track but in my opinion that's the only plus point.
