点评：I regret to rate this tour low, as the crew and captain did a fantastic job facilitating a great day on a private charter. However, there were some unfortunate elements about the experience that deserve documenting. I reserved and paid for a private tour for two people that at a more premium rate included one of their newer and better boats. Since it was only for 2 people, they offered a small, about 6.5% discount. Fast forward to a few days before, I inquired about adding 2 more people to the tour, to which they said was no problem and would waive recouping the discount but add a Photographer to the day to capture marketing content, content we would be given after it’s over. When we arrived, we found that the boat we had specifically selected and paid a premium for was not there. Instead, they had swapped it with their oldest boat, one that literally was falling apart during the day with things like the front seats physically coming unattached. The boat was serviceable, but regrettable as we had paid more and was nowhere near the quality. Lastly, the Photographer, who took many photos and videos all day, never sent what he shot. I did see that marketing content he captured was immediately used. All that said, the crew was great and the tour itself was as promised. However, it’s not ok to switch out for a lesser product than paid for and make a promise of content and never deliver.
