点评：I've given 5 stars even though I was among a group of travellers that even after 3 days worth of back-to-back attempts, weather did not allow for a safe fight, so we missed the chance to hot air balloon all together.
My rating is due to the way we were all treated during these days and the general condition/running of the establishment overall.
The quality of their home base for check-ins each morning and safety briefings, is stunning and very well-equipped (better than any other Ive enjoyed throughout Africa) and their staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. I appreciated so much, that even though they were terribly disappointed that we as guests were let down 3 times in a row, they still remained optimistic and professional. Since they could not deliver the planned flights due to it not being safe to do so, they fully refunded everyone, even though behind the scenes they had already paid for and prepped 3 days worth of wasted breakfasts and still had to pay for their staff and vehicles used each morning..
They were making big losses these 3 days and had to deliver sad news to disappointed, disgruntled guests 3 days in a row, yet made nothing and remined so friendly and kind.
I especially note RUAN and TIM as standouts here.
Knowing now personally their operational backbone and that so many others have flown successfully with this operation, I can only hope to be back one day and make it to their skies, and would recommend them to all!
