点评：With 50% of the 'Safety Meeting' being an upsell for their media package, we were warned not to bring phones with us on the water, as the water police could impose fines. Following the rules, we put phones and GoPros in lockers and paid for the media package.
Straight after the experience, I asked our guide (who just took pics on his phone) when we would receive them and how we would receive them, and he said they would be emailed and WhatsApped. I also asked the owner before leaving that this would be the case.
Just to be sure, as this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience travelling from Australia, I also left a handwritten note at reception, reconfirming our details, which they already had on file.
A week later, we didn't receive anything.
We sent several emails before we heard back from them. This was now over four weeks ago, and their response was, Sorry, we lost them!
People in our group didn't follow the rules and brought their phones and had plenty of memories to last. Your guide doesn't care or notice, as you're basically an hour on the water yourself, and he can't patrol.
We have not been refunded for the media package (highly illegal) and will never get those memories captured again.
Please ignore the video. Save your money and just bring your phones and choose a different company if you want to capture memories. Total scam.
