点评：My first time making a reservation with Groome Airport Shuttle from Nashville International Airport to Best Western Hotel in Clarksville, Tennessee the driver doesn’t show up and his excuse was his tablet isn’t working so he didn’t come to airport.
But your radio or walkie talkie works to tell dispatcher he was way passed the airport but he couldn’t let them know that his tablet is not working and check if there’s someone waiting to be picked up at Nashville airport no he just kept right on pass the airport.
Did the dispatcher make him turn around come to airport no he just continued on going where was cause he was way passed the exit to the airport.
No, let me see about refunding your money and give courtesy ride since it was the driver fault for not checking in or reporting that his tablet wasn’t working properly but he seem to up someone else made sure they made it to their destination but didn’t see reservation at the airport.
Then the person told me I have to wait until 5:30 am when the next driver will be at the airport how I know that that driver tablet is not working and he go pass the airport too. I don’t just have sit here and wait if he show up.
Bad business ethics or not properly trained. Maybe that not part of the training to let dispatch know something is wrong with their equipment or call to confirm that they don’t have anyone waiting on them at the airport.
Will not recommend them to a dog less known an other person they might leave the dog stuck at airport too.
