Mixed Feelings - we had fun, but so many areas for improvement

* Some incredible staff, in particular:
- Steve, operating the carousel, was incredibly personable and made such an effort with our kids. We chatted several times throughout the day - he made us feel so welcome. @AussieWorld, he deserves a raise(!)
- The two chaps in the Illusionarium - Their boundless energy was truly impressive.
- The ladies who performed an official height check on our three-year old. They were very reassuring and caring.
* Our kids had a really good time.
The Bad:
* Some poor staff - that looked like they really hated their job
* Quite a few rides were closed. As our kids were <100cm we were already quite restricted, so the closures really impacted us.
* Price for children should really be determined by height, not by age.
* Food options - all quite unhealthy and relatively expensive. Quite bad considering main clientele are kids.
* It was so quiet/empty it felt weird/sad.
