Very Disappointed

点评：We have been going here for the last few years and I can honestly say that our last visit yesterday disappointing.
We took a large number of friends and family for a birthday party, when we arrived which was early we was spoken to quite rudely and we felt rushed to get into the queue to sign in . As we arrived early we was waiting on the rest of our party to arrive so we could all get signed in as a group but the young man on the desk was quite abrupt and rude as well as Impatient to wait for the rest of our group, I understand that it was busy day but customer service wasn't a great start.
I must we booked the aqua park as well as the sofa ride as a party package, our group enjoyed the aqua which is always good fun but when it came to the sofa ride again the lady who was sorting out the ride was quite abrupt and rude and came across as very pushy towards my daughter, she kept asking her who's next several times when the first group of 5 people were still in the water on the ride! Again it was a busy day there but there's no reason why the workers had to come across as rude and not polite to there customers, we was expecting it to be a good day for family and friends at a birthday party which we have been looking forward to, but due to staff being so rude and inviting it has put us off returning.
