Lovely attraction

点评：We booked this last minute. Our group was quite small, 3 children with accompanying adults which was a nice size.
Our guide was excellent. A great speaker, kept the kids engaged with an interesting presentation at the beginning. My daughter’s favourite part was the dig. A great sensory space where we got to use tools to uncover artefacts from 4 different spaces, all covered in tiny rubber pieces (much better than sand!) Daughter loved playing with the rubber pieces and finding things hidden. Guide was excellent at interacting and giving information and asking questions about what we had found.
The exhibition part was interesting, made even better with the ‘How to train your dragon’ element.
Perhaps it was just because it was quiet, but this felt like a less touristy attraction and much better for my daughter who doesn’t like crowds. I’m not sure how many they would usually take foreach group, but can imagine it may be a bit overwhelming if busy as it's quite a small space.
We really enjoyed our time there and the staff definitely contributed hugely to this.
