Disappointing
Suncadia Resort - Roperider Golf Course的点评
点评：1) This is a Hyatt owned resort, other than the location…it’s low end.
2) No ice machines on the floors. You have to call the front desk. Yea, really. No refrigerator in our room in spite of an upgrade.
3) If you are staying more than a night, a room refresh is required?! Otherwise no service.
4) The restaurant at the Lodge is awful. Who has a burger that is ONLY available well done without disclosing on the menu?! Who has a BLT without bacon, clearly the first word in the description is optional. The staff is full of young inexperienced
Staff with attitude. The FEW seasoned staff are quick to agree with the complaints. The bartenders are stoned and capable of only a few tasks, ordering food is impossible at the bar.
We recently stayed at Four Seasons and Fairmont and find this to be a disappointment on many levels. They are relaying on the location and views. And be careful in traveling around weekends from Seattle!
Finally, loud kids everywhere! Why did we come…for a wedding. Looks great online though.
