Premium Vip Transfer的点评
点评：I booked this as a surprise for my son, who had just turned 11. I found the company through Google. After booking the vehicle, I received a confirmation email followed by a message on WhatsApp.
Initially, I had entered the wrong arrival date. I replied to the message and informed Ozden, who quickly corrected it for me. In the days leading up to the trip, I received several helpful updates. I also requested that the driver have a birthday banner displayed in the vehicle.
When we arrived at Dalaman Airport, the driver was already waiting for us at arrivals, holding a banner that read, "Happy Birthday Clayton." He took our luggage and had even informed Jet2 that we wouldn’t be taking their transfer.
Once we got into the vehicle, we were offered chilled bottled water. To my son’s delight, the driver surprised him with a birthday cake, complete with a sparkling candle and birthday music. It was such a thoughtful touch.
We arrived at the hotel and I gave the driver £80—though the transfer cost was only £50—because he truly went above and beyond. I was absolutely delighted with the service.
