点评:I had a horrible customer experience with BanBanjara. I had made a booking for Netravat Trek on 26th Dec in the afternoon by paying an advance of 6k. In the evening, I received a call from a random operator that your tour is cancelled. Now, mind you, Ban Banjara did not even care to inform about any cancellation of the trek.
Still livable, there can be operational gaps. Now, I asked for a refund. It is 15 days now, still not even a single response over calls/Whatsapps/emails from anyone in the team.
If this is the experience for booking the trek, I wonder what would be the treatment given to people who actually get to make it to the trek.
These people are organising treks on such huge scale, taking trekkers to the likes of Kedarnath and what not, I can't even imagine the kind of experience and the carelessness of the company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Tip: Even if you end up booking, please do not make any bookings from one of their agent Ashish.
