点评：My experience with BanBanjara was disappointing due to inconsistent communication and poor handling of a genuine rescheduling request.
One of the reasons I chose this trip was the itinerary displayed at the time of booking, which stated that travellers would “explore the beautiful Bandipur National Park on the way to Wayanad.” However, when I later raised concerns, BanBanjara referred to different wording and claimed it only meant enjoying views during the journey and later they changed the words on website. I have screenshots of the original itinerary shown at the time of booking.
I also contacted the team before departure and expressed my willingness to reschedule while paying the applicable charges. Despite multiple discussions and assurances that the option could be explored, the request was ultimately denied and the booking was treated as a no-show.
What disappointed me most was the lack of clear and consistent communication throughout the process. I would advise future travellers to take screenshots of the itinerary and obtain written confirmation of any important commitments made by the support team.
