Cancelled last minute and no refund sent

点评：I booked this for my 2 children for June and whilst we were flying out this was cancelled whilst we were in the airport due to unforeseen circumstances.
They originally offered a full refund(we booked 2x am sessions for the 6 days for £260) and also a free full day week for each child if we returned.
Originally we didn't ask for the refund straight away in case they could get another coach in for second half of out week away.
Once they had confirmed there was no chance of this we requested our refund - all seemed normal and had a confirmation it had been sent.
After a few days emailed again and someone said they would look into it and get back to me.
They have now stopped replying to emails and still no refund.
This is a separate business and you book direct with them however is advertised and an office in the THB hotel so will be complaining to them. I booked my holiday to THB hotel with Jet2 who also advertise the football academy on their website so I will also be complaining to them.
If anyone from the game group football academy see this I would really appreciate my refund being sent.
