No communication, no Autism awareness, no understanding of age restrictions

点评：Booked for my son’s Birthday Party. We had children aged from 2 to 8 years old at the party. I received a phone call a few days prior the party and I asked is kids under 5 allowed onto the trampoline part? Which I was told ‘yes’ but have to be accompanied by an adult.
When we arrived I was greeted by a member of staff who had to take all the kids names and date of births. As we made our way to watch the health and safety video I was informed by a member of staff that one of the children had no right to be wearing socks and should leave the area and sit up the stairs as she was told she was too young. We also had kids with us that are autistic and staff were not helpful or understanding towards them whatsoever! The child was upset and unsettled from the get go and staff did not help to accommodate the child. When the hour was up from the trampolines, we gathered the kids to come up as I was expecting a member of staff to come and get us to show us into a party room. After 5mins of waiting I went down to the rooms seen my son’s name on the door and food just sitting. I was disappointed that not one member of staff came over to say to us. As soon as we finished the food and my son blew out the candles on his cake the staff were straight in cleaning around us. I felt like we were being forced out for another party to come in. Our overall experience was awful. I just hope they put some of their staff through Autism awareness training, make their age restrictions clear to absolutely every staff member.
