Patagonia: Great landscape - Sub-standard camper by Camper Travel Chile

点评：First of all the landscape and scenery of Chile and Argentina is spectacular.
We have crossed the countries for 1 month. We were equipped with a Chiloe camper rented from Camper Travel Chile.
General impression: high-end pricing for a moderate old camper. The support delivered during the pick-up must be improved.
In general, any problem reported during the rental resulted in a semi-agressive response from Camper Travel's staff. Only one problem could be solved during our trip.
After camper drop-off it took three weeks to receive clarity about the costst and to get our guarantee back. A considarable amount of money (USD 600) was deducted to compensate for airco damage. This damage must be considered as normal wear and tear. Looks like a business model to me.
Golden tip: if you hire - take an additional insurance for these kind of costs.
