点评：They say a picture speaks a thousand words; the pictures on the walls of Seamus's home, in which he grew up, articulate generations of his family and their respective stories.
James, Seamus's son-in-law, gave us the tour; his knowledge of the logistics was overt, and his calm flow and passion for his occupation captivated us. He was informative, fun and all-around great craic during our visit and we appreciate it James, if you see this. P.S.—Will keep an eye out for when you're next in Belfast.
Seamus is a captivating storyteller himself; rural Eire is a beautiful place. The brewery and shop are steeped in so much history, from multi-generational family dynamics to the landscape and their family home and farm that have stood the test of time and have so much character.
Furthermore, Seamus, James, and his daughter Bella were great hosts; we could feel the family bond, and we genuinely hope to get down for a sing-song into the small hours at some point.
Finally, the beers are sublime; each beer has a unique character, and the stories on the cans and bottles tell of family history and poets. Seamus and Co put so much time, thought, and effort into their craft, not just the beers, and we would highly recommend them, but above all else their company, as that is priceless.
