点评:Cheltenham to Dartmouth - Last year was our 1st experience with Saphos Trains the experience was sheer perfection treated so well. Offered Tea or Coffee every 10 minutes , later Bottles of Water Water and information about the next Stop on the way back. This time the service was terrible had to track down somebody to serve us with Tea the Milk Jugs were only ever half filled each time. They ran out of hot Water on one occasion. Happy to talk to some ( in the cheaper Seat ) about time BA but we were generally ignored. Half way through the Journey back having watched other Tables offered Bottled Water. I enquired as to whether we could have a Bottle. A Bottle was supplied to us I then realised we had no Glasses so when a member of the Team passed eventually, I pleasantly asked for 2 Glasses they never came. It got dark we did not know how close we were to Cheltenham so unknowing our actually location we made your way to the Door standing for over 20 minutes my Partner with varicose veins was not happy, we approached a Station and it was ours. No information about the Station we were approaching was given so ended up being stressed out. Last Year was perfect this Year some of us were mainly ignored. Appeared to me that certain members of Staff were happy to chat and ignore other Passengers. We had great expectations about the Days service assuming it was up to the standers of last Year it was not . Coach H
