Punctual but with some minor problems

点评：4th time we have used this company, we holiday annually and like to use a local business for the airport transfer.
Unfortunately on one journey the kerb on our driveway was damaged by the vehicle reversing, all sorted with a £50 reduction on our next trip.
On our latest return from stansted we had a vehicle with no air con / faulty air con. Typically it was about 30 degrees, there were 9 of us ranging from 16 years to 79 years, so it was a very uncomfortable, unpleasant journey. We were held up due to traffic, can't be helped, but journey took nearly twice as long as it should. We were all soaked through with sweat and probably suffering from heat exhaustion!
On reporting this we were told it had been checked before and since, and is fully working. I don't think my 79 year old mum would agree! It has been put down to driver error.
Hopefully if we use this company again next year we will have a smooth journey.
