点评:This unique one-of-a-kind art exhibit is simply breathtaking. The first thing that greets the visitors is the Field of Light where the entire hillside stretching out to the distant hills is blanketed by little colorful lights. Wow is the feeling that readily comes to mind. Not to be missed at the far end of the site is FOSO (Fiber Optic Symphonic Orchestra) where the light towers (not to be confused with another exhibit named Light Towers) hide the speakers inside with each tower playing a different instrument. As you walk among the towers, you get a unique surround sound effect. The speakers though small, deliver a strong bass, a mellow mid-range and a crisp high end unlike the loud muffled and distorted sound one usually gets in a rock concert. With the light changing in color and intensity depending on the music, it is quite an immersive experience. The admission price is on the steep side but it still draws quite a crowd. But it is better this way lest the whole place is overrun by mobs. So if you can afford it, this place is definitely worth visiting.
