点评：We took my 7 year old son to Anglia Indoor Karting this weekend for the first time and can honestly say it was the worst experience we have had as parents at a place that runs sessions for children.
My son waited for over an hour to race. He finally got called to the track and got in a kart, he got strapped in and got the ok from the Marshalls only to then be told he couldn’t race because he was ‘too small’. This reason would have been somewhat more believable if my son was the smallest child on the track - he wasn’t. There were children smaller than him racing. The real issue was that there was clearly not enough booster seats for all of the kids in that session and my son got singled out and got told to leave - along with another boy who needed a booster seat.
It was supposed to be my son’s birthday treat. He was heartbroken. As were we.
What made this experience doubly worse was then the incredibly rude response from staff who offered no apology, no compassion towards us and no resolution. What a way to treat a young boy on his birthday.
