A Fun Day Out but Needs Some TLC

点评：Visited on a Sunday and pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was – we barely had to queue for most rides, which made for a relaxed day. There was still a good atmosphere, so it didn’t feel deserted, just nicely spaced out.
The only real waits were for the log flume and the shooting ride. Unfortunately, the log flume could do with a bit of attention – the water looked murky and could definitely use a clean.
We hopped on the train ride for a bit of a breather, but some of the props need freshening up, and it wasn’t great seeing what looked like a back-of-house scrap heap partway through the ride – it takes away from the experience.
The arcade seemed a bit pointless as most of the machines were turned off, which was a shame as it could have been a good way to pass a bit of time between rides.
Was nice to see Wipeout, one of the first rollercoasters that I ever went on when it was called the Missile, still going strong.
Overall, we had a fun time and it’s still a solid choice for a family day out – just a bit of maintenance and attention to detail could really lift the experience.
