Be prepared to get scammed if you rent from Lake Life Boat Rentals

If you want to get scammed, rent from Lake Life Boat Rentals...wished we read the reviews before coming to this place. No wonder they had pontoons available for rental during peak summer season when all the other rental places were sold out. It was too good to be true.
My husband and I rented the pontoon for 3 days and upon returning the pontoon, they told us that the propeller was scratched and that the protection plan we signed up for (which was $150) did not cover the scratch which then became a replacement issue costing a total of $300. They apparently had taken a before and after picture of the propeller. So bait and switch pictures of broken pontoon parts to scam renters. And we were nice enough to not complain about the deer ticks and bugs we found in the pontoon storage and life vests.
There are many reviews from people being scammed with propeller issues and some worse than others costing $$$$.
