Beautiful oasis in the Kent countryside

点评：Just spent a fabulous week at Round oak farm , a campsite within a working farm of rare breed cows and sheep . The owners , family and staff are truly kind and caring cannot recommend enough. We were greeted on arrival showed around and was given information about places to visit in and around Kent. We were told we could park where ever we wished and was told not to let our dogs off the lead ,even in the woodland due to there being 2 week old highland cows in the fields , which is totally understandable.
The site is so peaceful and quiet with only the sound of the cows , sheep and birds , our favourite thing was sitting in the early evening listening to the evening bird song .
The woodland had a lovely walk around the edge and had a loverly picnic area with a fire pit , bbq and stage in the middle , which was being renovated and upgraded with what looked like an outdoor kitchen, which when completed will make a loverly outdoor event area , we look forward to seeing it completed when we return .

树林边缘有一条很棒的散步道，还有一个漂亮的野餐区，中间设有篝火坑、烧烤架以及舞台。目前该区域正在翻修升级，似乎还要建一个户外厨房；完工后，这里肯定会成为一个极棒的户外活动场所。我们期待着回来时能看到它完工。
