点评：Avoid Salty's Watersports at all costs. What should have been a fun outing with my friends turned into a nightmare due to their negligence and lack of communication.
During a severe storm, their unanswered texts and calls left us stranded and feeling completely unsupported. When they finally responded, they encouraged us to return to the dock despite our concerns for our safety. On the way back, the boat canopy was severely damaged by strong winds. We immediately pulled over and contacted Salty's to report the incident.
To our shock, within 15 minutes we were charged a staggering $2,400 for repairs without any prior estimate or explanation. This unexpected charge was not outlined in the agreement we signed and felt completely unjustified. The Salty's representative had assured us we could discuss the situation with the owner before any charges were incurred, which never happened. When we returned, the owner promised to contact me the following week, but I never heard from them again. I have made numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, all of which have gone unanswered.
This traumatic experience has left my friends and I with a significant financial burden and a deeply unpleasant memory. We were terrified during the storm and extremely disappointed by Salty's complete lack of support and professionalism. Do not risk your safety or your wallet by renting from Salty's Watersports!
