点评：Absolutely terrible!
I brought my 8 year old and 4 month old (he was strapped to me in a carrier, obviously we were not participating). I paid for Discovery and Treewalk Village. To start, the group of four woman infront of us did not complete their waivers ahead of time so they did it at the reception desk (did not stand to the side to complete so that the next in line could go ahead) which took so long that the 2pm group for Discovery (that we were booked for) had left during this time.
Next, we went to Treewalk Village and they did not allow us to enter because I was wearing open toe shoes. They were informed that i would not be doing anything but watching my 8 year old due to my baby. They still did not allow us in. They instead wanted more money for renting shoes. My 8 year old had running shoes on as she was the participant. After reviewing the website, FAQ and waiver, nowhere is it listed that NON-PARTICIPANTS aka parents that are just observing, also need closed toed shoes.
We left after this and i have an upset 8 year old daughter now. Two staff members were also very rude during my very short time.
Money and time completely wasted. Awful experience.
