点评：Contacted Aron not long before our trip started. Got a great first impression just by the way he responded to my emails, always prompt, professional and clear.
That first impression was not wrong. Aron was an unvaluable help when things did not go as planned (flights overbooked, late arrival) and thanks to him our experience was way more enjoyable than we had imagined, in spite those first drawbacks. We could contact him via whatsapp and were able to call to discuss the best alternatives.
We had 4 unforgettable days with him and Elias. From the moment they greeted us at the airport until they dropped us off their company was a pleasure. They were both knowledgeable, accommodating to our needs and extremely flexible when we decided to make some last-minute changes (even extended the tour for one more day, ending in Arba Minch instead of Jinka). Aron worked tirelessly even after hours to make those last-minute bookings / changes.
His knowledge of the region and its people is a great asset for visitors. His rappport with them, when conversing and / or singing songs is evident and helps make the experience a very personal one, bringing a closeness that is elsehow unusual.
Elias is a great driver and makes an excellent team with Aron. The car was spotlessly clean every morning, always on time and we were greeted with a broad smile that made a great start each and every day.
I can only recommend 100% Aron and Elias and I hope to be able to visit the region with them again in the near future.
