点评：I first got in contact with Mateo via Whatsapp in 2023 to do a 6 day/5 nights tour in 2024 from Ende to Labuan Bajo. Unfortunately, I dislocated my shoulders in a ski accident and had to postpone until June 2025. Mateo honoured my deposit and didn't ask for anymore. That's the kind of person he is 'honourable and honest'🙏 as well as being very friendly, flexible, and funny.
Our tour was perfect👌. He picked us up from the airport in Ende and drove us back to his hometown in Moni. It's a family affair with accommodation in his brother's homestay. Super friendly, simple yet comfortable accommodation. We travelled to Riung and did 17 Islands snorkelling day trip which we highly recommend. Accommodation in the brand new Lonther B&B for two nights was super comfortable. Mateo seems to know everyone and his knowledge of Flores, areas, traditions and cultures is very comprehensive. In Bajawa we stayed at the comfortable Cinamon guesthouse which was strategically positioned in town to access many restaurants and ATM's. Mateo suggested many activities we could do and was super flexible each day. His driving skills are superb and we felt safe the entire trip. He kindly put us up in amazing accommodation on our last night in Ruteng at SpringHill hotel, we didn't expect such luxury for the price we paid. If you are thinking of travelling across Flores, Mateo is your Guide and Driver you must have.👊 Make sure you bring a USB of your favourite music🎼 to play in his car. We will fondly remember our trip with our little brother and son. ❤️
