8.3 Miles From Sandford To Yatton & Back
Strawberry Line的点评
点评：After cycling from Sandford to Axbridge and back in early November last year we decided to try a different route on the Strawberry Line a couple of weeks later. We parked at the power station car park again in Sandford, however this time we cycled to Yatton train station, passing through Congresbury.
This part of the line involved no road cycling at all (which I was relieved about) just crossing the A370 at the traffic lights. The paths were not as wide in places - especially along the river in Congresbury where we did have to pass a couple of walkers. Luckily though the whole route was rather quiet that day.
When we arrived at Yatton train station we passed the cycle hire shop and stopped at the Strawberry Line Cafe for refreshments before cycling back through the golden leaves to the car. Highly recommended - especially for cycling families.
