Disappointing Experience – Dirty, Overpriced, and Closes Too Early
奥尔顿塔水上乐园的点评
点评：We visited Alton Towers Waterpark expecting a fun day out, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The whole place felt very run-down and dirty – floors were grubby, changing areas unclean, and it didn’t seem like much effort was being made to keep things sanitary, which is especially important in a water-based venue.
We had to pay £2.50 per towel, which would’ve been okay if the towels weren’t old, worn out, and full of holes. For the price, I’d expect something clean and decent, not something that looks like it should’ve been thrown out years ago.
To top it off, the park closed at 4pm – in the middle of summer! It was still really busy, with families and kids clearly wanting to enjoy more time, so it made no sense at all to shut that early. Very poor planning, especially during the holiday season.
Overall, it felt overpriced for the condition and the limited time we had there. Won’t be rushing back any time soon unless they seriously improve cleanliness, quality, and hours of operation.
