The Bastion的点评
点评：We visited during the day time and enjoyed the ride up to the Bastione ruins on the Vernacular, the views are spectacular!!
The Basione is well worth a visit and while only small was very interesting to walk around, the steps into and out of may be tricky for some...it is a ruin after all.
We enjoyed a drink in 'The Bastione' terrace bar after and decided to book for an evening meal when the sun was setting as the food we saw looked good.
So we returned in the evening and were treated once again to the same view only this time with the lights in Riva twinkling below, so beautiful !
Our meal was lovely, shame they didn't have the beef cheek that I had my heart set on but none the less what I had was delicious and the desserts are so well presented.
The staff all very nice and obliged us by taking a nice photo when we asked.
We had such a lovely evening and despite being married for 34 years the atmosphere was very romantic.
It's a must either day or night but for a special and pretty spectacular evening meal go as the sun is setting.
