点评：We climbed up to the Citadel and enjoyed wandering the narrow cobblestone streets filled with shops and restaurants. We walked the bastion walls and were enchanted by the spectacular views of the white limestone cliffs and the beautiful blue colors of the water. There is an old steep street with a modern staircase between the upper and lower parts of Bonifacio. The medieval Citadel of Bonifacio is perched high upon a white limestone cliff on the southern coast of Corsica and has been called "Citadel of Cliffs”. It has beautiful cobblestone alleyways and a shoreline of sparkling waters. Sculpted by centuries of erosion, the cliffs of Bonifacio stand like majestic guardians, sometimes reaching up to 100 meters in height. Their vibrant color, a blend of pure white and azure blue, creates a striking contrast with the crystal clear waters that surround them.
