点评：Such a waste, this marina has so much potential to be a gem on Dandridge lake, but so many things need attention. My husband and I enjoy the water so we always rent boats when we come to Pigeon Forge. We stopped at this marina for the first time to get pricing for boat rentals. When we arrived we were thrilled to see they had a campground as well. First impressions are so important and the first thing we encountered was the marina sign was covered up by a restaurant sign. So we were not sure if we came to the right place. After parking, we walked to the marina store which was covered in cob webs, and a layer of dirt on everything. Nothing that a good power washer or soap and water could not remove. The young man who helped us and offered us rental pricing was very informative and he was a star employee. I will say the prices for boat rentals are very reasonable.
My husband wanted a beer before leaving so we stopped at the bar and grill onsite and the service was lacking. I saw staff eating on the floor while customers were waiting to be served. We decided to leave after waiting 10 minutes for service. We drove through the campgrounds and this also needs attention.
In summary, this marina has so much potential, but it clearly lacks guidance and the owner needs to step up.
