⭐⭐⭐ Sundown Adventureland – Great for Little Ones but Disappointed with Accessibility

点评：We recently visited Sundown Adventureland, and while the park itself is lovely for toddlers and younger children, our experience was unfortunately mixed due to issues around accessibility.
On the positive side, the park offers a good range of rides and activities for little ones, and my children especially loved the indoor play area - it’s fantastic and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit.
However, we were provided with ride access passes due to having a disability, and sadly, these didn’t work as we expected. On one ride, we followed instructions and waited at the exit as advised, but we were completely ignored. After waiting for quite some time, we eventually gave up and joined the main queue instead. On another ride, we were told we would have to wait 30 minutes to use the access pass or join the regular line, which didn’t make sense and defeated the purpose of having the pass in the first place.
This was particularly challenging for my autistic daughter, and the overall experience left us frustrated and disappointed. I had hoped the access passes would make the day easier, but in reality, they didn’t offer the support we needed.
Due to these issues, we left the park early and even ended our overall stay a day earlier than planned. While I can see why families with young children enjoy Sundown, our experience with accessibility left us feeling let down. I really hope the park reviews how these passes are managed to better support families who rely on them.
