Exceptional Personalized cum Professional Service, Excellent Communication
Namgyal Treks & Tours的点评
点评：We had gone for a family vacation at Gangtok in June'23. We were a group of 2 kids & 2 adults.
I contacted various travel service providers before the journey but none responded like Mr. Tashi of Namgyal Treks & Tours. He prepared the itinerary based on our inputs and advised us on travel documents and preparations for cold, specially for Nathula, before we started for the trip.
The kind of professional plus personal touch team Namgyal has shown in the entire trip was exemplary and highlights the focus of the team on customer delight. The scope of the service and payment terms were clearly communicated at the beginning so that there was no misunderstanding later on.
Tashi had taken feedback everyday about how the day went, whether there was any issue we faced, whether interaction with the guide and the driver was ok etc. He also communicated what was the plan on the next day and what to expect. He enquired whether we have reached Bagdogra on time after leaving Gangtok and wished us well on our safe return leg of the journey. Frankly, when I confirmed the booking with Namgyal Treks & Tours having seen very good reviews, I had never expected this kind of personalized professional service and was pleasantly surprised.
I must mention about our tour guide, Mr. Targain, who came alongwith driver, Mr. Sameer, to pick us up from Bagdogra airport. Mr. Targain is a very polite, experienced and knowledgeable senior guide who was involved with Namgyal Treks & Tours from possibly inception along with Tashi's father. Our youngest kid treated Mr. Targain like a grandfatherly figure and bonding between them in the trip was exceptional.
Finally, I would like to mention that if I would ever go back to Sikkim (or Nepal / Bhutan / other places in that area), my first choice for travel arrangements would be Namgyal Treks and Tours for a hassle free and enjoyable vacation. I hope that core focus of the team remains on customer delight like we experienced in our trip. Highly recommended.
