Rude staff and poor maintenance

点评：I used to go often as a kid, so my mum and I thought we would take my little boy. Definitely won't be going back. The only good part was the lunch in the restaurant, annoyingly you have to leave the park to go to the restaurant.
I appreciate that these parks take a lot of upkeep, but some equipment had seen better days, the pirate ship climbing area in particular. There should have been ball firers but these were not in operation.
The lady working in the cafe was rude, we tried to get a drink, I wanted an oat milk hot chocolate, she said she could make one. I enquired about vegan cake (I'm dairy free), she was quite blunt that they didn't do anything. Anyway we got our drinks and mine was disgusting, I took it back. She very rudely said "it's made with oat milk, that's the problem" (I've had many oat milk hot chocolates that are lovely), she handed me my money back. She then said "they don't do anything different in the restaurant, so don't ask there" I walked away absolutely shocked that she could be that rude. I've worked in cafés/restaurants and it takes little effort to apologise to a customer.
We definitely won't be recommending people visit.
