Extremely BAD service. Terrible.
Hampton Downs Go Karts的点评
点评：I visited Hampton Downs with family and friends as my son, who does professional go-karting, wanted to test his best lap time. I specifically informed the staff that his kart should be set to the same speed as everyone else, but because he is 12 years old, they assumed he couldn’t handle it—despite me clarifying otherwise.
As a result, his kart was extremely slow, leaving him completely disappointed. When I raised the issue with the admin and manager, their response was dismissive. They simply said, "It is what it is," showing no willingness to address the problem. The manager was unapologetic and shifted the blame onto another staff member.
This was a terrible experience—poor service, unhelpful management, and no accountability. I won’t be returning and will make sure to share my experience with family and friends. Extremely disappointing! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
