点评：Visited today to use a family member's voucher and decided that another 4 of us would join in which we pre-booked and paid for. Jamie-Lee who we booked through was great. Sadly that is where it ends. Told in no uncertain terms to arrive 30 mins prior to our booking which we did. Nobody in sight. After about a 20 min wait Gabby arrived to 'greet' us. In Gabby world that means no smile, no eye contact and very little information relayed. Told to wait outside on the deck. No info given about them running late and that our race would be over 30 mins after the time we booked for. Race had 14 go karts in it and a great safety briefing in which you learned the 'rules'. That was a waste of time as there are no rules. The rules they tell you don't apply to the bullies that use the track. Felt unsafe multiple times. Two kids from the race prior raced in our race and were set to go in the next race too - one of the 'rules' is a 10 minute gap in between - were they the bosses kids? Anyway - experience was not worth the distance, effort or money. Such a shame as we absolutely loved Highlands at Cromwell - this is its very poor cousin. Suggest you head south to have a great time and flag this. And also suggest some staff training for the lot of them. Both in customer service and around the track rules which seem to be fictional anyway.
