点评：I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the service during my visit to The Athenaeum Club on Friday, 21st April, where I used a Mother’s Day voucher for the "Sparkling Mother’s Day package."
Upon arrival, we were promised a tour, but we were left to find the changing room ourselves.
We also encountered confusion regarding the Prosecco we had purchased, with staff giving misleading information about it being complimentary.
Additionally, our promised tea and coffee never arrived, and when we asked a staff member to take photos, she was dismissive.
Later, when we purchased another bottle of Prosecco, we were told to move from two different tables due to "reserved" signs, without proper communication.
Finally, at 4 PM, we were asked to leave and given our drinks in plastic cups, with an extra charge to stay longer.
The service and staff was rude, unprofessional, and far below expectations for a package of this nature. I hope you will take this feedback into account for future improvements.
