Abysmal, scary and heartless.

点评：This was meant to be a special trip between family and friends, a day for women and their mothers, but it turned into a distressing and upsetting experience. One of our party became very unwell and fainted at the property. She was clearly in a bad way, and while we supported her, it was a kind member of the public who had to call for an ambulance.
The staff response was shocking. They showed no compassion or empathy and appeared to have no appropriate first aid training. Instead of offering proper help, the first aider assumed alcohol had been involved, which was completely untrue and deeply insulting. When we asked for a sunbed for our ill party member to have, this was denied, so we went to get one ourselves — only then did the staff finally step in to help.
To make matters worse, the manager frustratingly asked what the issue was and even stated that it was an inconvenience to his business.
The staff and venue need to take a long hard look at themselves, especially when it comes to dealing with an emergency. This was an extremely scary situation for us, and your attitude was vile.
All the while our party member was still very unwell in front of you. We were treated rudely, and some staff displayed what I can only describe as a misogynistic attitude.
This behaviour was appalling, and I would not wish any other person to be subjected to such treatment
