点评：Major liars. Vehicle had heating unit duct fail during the two week rental. Inspection identified previous damage with single point zip ties resuspension by persons unknown. This inadequate repair failed during my trip. Photos sent via WhatsApp to the office. Hostile response blaming me for the damage when it was clearly not repaired appropriately in the past.
Returned the vehicle and despite their yard staff agreeing that it was clearly past damage/inadequate repair, their story changed, I.e lied, after speaking to management on site. Liars.
I was made to explain the issue again and again to different staff, rather than one person, employing a clear "wear him down" tactic.
I was made to leave the premises after my frustration was labelled abusive to their staff.

翻译：彻头彻尾的骗子。两周租期内，车辆暖气管道发生故障。检查发现之前有人用扎带单点固定过，但维修不当，而且维修人员身份不明。这次维修在我租车期间再次失效。我通过WhatsApp将照片发送给了办公室。他们的回复充满敌意，反而指责我造成了损坏，明明之前维修不当是他们造成的。
