点评：Inverness Brewing is located on a historic estate at My Lady's Manor near Monkton. Like most breweries in the state, they find is too complicated to get a license for both food and drink. Instead of inviting local food trucks, like many breweries do, Inverness has incorporated its own separate food truck which is conveniently placed in the huge outdoor seating and picnic area between the brewery and the taproom. My first stop was for food, and with very little wait I was served a very full pulled pork sandwich and pretzel bites. Both were delicious and went well with my beer. I found a seat in the shade just outside the barn that served as taproom. Live music was pleasant and relaxing. The delicious, amber, and smooth Monkton Madness was a double (aka Imperial) IPA. Service at both the truck and bar was efficient and friendly. Before leaving, I got two six packs of their pilsners for weekend guests. I am sure after tasting the beer, they too will want to visit Inverness.
