An amazing rafting, kayaking, camping experience!
True North Outpost in Norway MI的点评
点评：Our experience with True North Outpost was outstanding. My 15-year-old son and I went on the mini-expedition - a day filled with white water rafting and "ducky" kayaking to an overnight camping site on an island.
From the moment we booked the trip, Lizz, the manager, reached out to us to understand what kind of food we enjoyed so she could plan the meals to our taste. She made herself for any questions I had leading up to the trip.
We started the day with a rafting trip led by Owen, who showed us the basics and called out instructions as we made our way through the rapids. He was knowledgeable, fun, and funny. The rapids were a thrill.
After lunch - locally made brats and fresh fruit salad - we jumped in the kayaks and Sam led us down the river to the campsite. Sam pointed out the wildlife (including three eagles!) as we made our way down river, taking in the the beautiful scenery over great conversation.
We pulled up to the island where we would spend the night. Micah and Lenny were already there having set up the cooking gear, tables, chairs, and tents. We settled in for dinner over the fire - kabobs, corn, "pudgy pies", s'mores, and even a growler of my preferred type of beer from a local brewery.
After a day of paddling and amazing meals, the sound of the river led us to a great night of sleep.
After making it back, we were sent a link with photos (Lenny had taken from the shore) and videos (a GoPro on Owen's helmet) from the rafting - great memories to take back with us.
Lizz, Owen, Sam, Micah, and Lenny, we can't thank you enough for the amazing experience. Highly recommended.

经过一天的划船和美味的晚餐，潺潺的河水声伴我们进入了梦乡。
返回后，我们收到了一个链接，里面有照片（莱尼在岸边拍的）和视频（欧文头盔上的GoPro拍的），记录了漂流的精彩瞬间——这些美好的回忆将永远留在我们心中。
