点评：With the crowing name of being the golf museum for all of Australasia, we expected plenty, and were not too disappointed by the extent of the memorabilia and golf artifacts on display. However, on display, is the appropriate description. It's an older style static display that does not engage with the visitor. A short consultation with a professional curator might recommend more inter-active exhibitions, more humour, more screens, perhaps even a theatrette. There must be a huge archive of interesting golf footage out there. We also feel the hours are too restrictive being just 11-3. Many other exhibitions attached to visitor centres, e.g. Deloraine, open 9-5. Bothwell is a smaller community. So, perhaps 8 hours may be unaffordable, but why not 9.30 - 3.30 for instance. One positive is the very reasonable $5 entry. It is worth that; but it could be so much better by focussing on drawing-in and engaging with its visitors - particularly younger visitors.
